Electron Flood theory shows conclusively the Schumann resonance frequency are LAYERS of atmosphere and there are 7 of them just as 7 heavens where the stores of water wind and snow are kept.....
and they seem to have a relation to these layers. The periodic chart also has 7 groups all related to Schumann .....
