This dairy free yet indulgent alfredo is made with cashew butter and avocado oil. This Shrimp Alfredo with Hearts of Palm Pasta goes from kitchen to table in just fifteen minutes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Garlic Alfredo Sauce or Alfredo Sauce
2 Packets of Palmini Angel Hair Pasta (low carb pasta made from artichoke)
1/2 pound of shrimp, shelled and deveined
Salt & pepper to taste
Handful of parsley to garnish
Directions
Add avocado oil to a medium sized saucepan on medium heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the hot pan and saute until bright pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 mins each side.
Remove the shrimp and lower the heat to medium low.
Allow the pan to cool.
Strain 1-2 packets of Angel Hair Palmini to remove any excess liquid.
Add the noodles, Garlic Alfredo Sauce and shrimp to the pan.
Toss the ingredients together and cook just until heated.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
