Not only is this icing healthy, but it is extremely easy to make. Thanks to our granular monk fruit sweetener, it’s also sugar-free! Now that’s the icing on the cake.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt 2-3 Tbsp. Granular Monk Fruit Sweetener 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tsp beet powder (optional) 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Mix together for 2-3 minutes and place it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Add more Monk Fruit Sweetener depending on the sweetness you like.
